individual to the elite athlete. We are here to provide anyone with
the tools to move toward a pain free, strong, confident, balanced,
safer and happier existence. The integration of contemporary sport
science with progressive self defense provides a bilateral health
and fitness curriculum designed to build confidence. Confidence

With degrees in Kineasyology, Exercise Science, Nutrition,
Human Performance and Psychology, as well as certifications
from USA Boxing, ACE, NSPA, & STFA, our staff is fully
qualified to get you on the right pace to a better life.
